We offer both free and paid service models. Paid services are provided through a points system, where users can purchase points packs to access premium features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time without prior notice. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any service.

**4.1 Payment Processing**

All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (Address: Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London, EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom) as the Merchant of Record.

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and is responsible for processing all payment transactions, tax calculations, invoice issuance, and refund processing. This means:

• When you purchase a points pack, you enter into a direct payment relationship with Paddle

• You are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms)

• All invoices and tax documents are issued by Paddle

• Refund requests are processed by Paddle in accordance with its Terms of Service (https://paddle.com/legal/terms)

• Paddle's Privacy Policy (https://paddle.com/privacy) applies to all payment-related data processing

**4.2 Pricing**

We reserve the right to change service prices at any time. Price changes will not affect points packs you have already purchased.

**4.3 Refunds**

Please refer to our Refund Policy page (/refund) for refund policies. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed by Paddle in accordance with its Terms of Service.

**5.1 Your Content**

You retain all rights to any content you upload, submit, or create through the Service ("User Content").

**5.2 License to Use**

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works, distribute, publicly perform, and display your content, solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

**5.3 Content Responsibility**

You are responsible for your content and ensure that your content:

• Does not infringe any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights)

• Does not contain illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable content

• Does not contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code

• Is not used for any illegal purpose

**5.4 Content Moderation**

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any User Content, but we have no obligation to do so.

• Use the Service to sell or distribute any products, services, or content that are prohibited under Paddle's acceptable use and "What am I not allowed to sell on Paddle" policies (including but not limited to illegal activities, counterfeit goods, adult content, gambling, or other restricted categories). Violation of these prohibited conducts may result in immediate termination of your account and access.

**7.1 Our Intellectual Property**

All content of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, software, source code, designs, features, and compilations, is the exclusive property of Tool Box or its content providers, protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used without our prior written consent.
